July 21-22, Overnight Youth Art Workshop, Private Suite for Four

This 2-day workshop on the banks of the Etowah River for four, two adults and two youth ages 8-11, will focus on the absurdities of the funny face and animal portraits! Taking cues from the portrait work of Pablo Picasso and more, the workshop attendees will craft their own hilarious people out of layered wood assemblage. On the second workshop, will celebrate our pets or favorite animal with clever color palettes and patterns on a wood panel. When we are done, we will learn the process of a resin pour by applying a glossy layer finish to our wood panels.

Workshop takes place at The River House Arts in Dahlonega, Georgia, July 21-22, 2026.

Suite has private bathroom and two queen beds.
